Consultation meetings are 2 hours; we meet in our client's home (or office) to learn about their style, wish list and budget. During the consultation we gather information, learn about functional needs, take pictures and measurements. The consultation meeting carves the path for our working relationship.
The full design plan is ideal for clients looking for a detailed plan for an upcoming renovation or new build.
The process begins by meeting with our clients to learn about their personal style, wish list and budget. Every project needs a comprehensive budget that includes all of the elements, it’s important that we review & confirm all budget components.
DETAILS + BUDGET
Once the scope of work, budget and client needs have been determined; we will begin our research and planning to create a floor plan, mood boards and elevation drawings that incorporate all of the selection finishing details. We will keep tweaking this plan until it feels "perfect" to you.
When the design plan has been approved, its execution time. We are happy to work with trades you’ve supplied, or help you hire some of the trusted trades we often work with.
MANAGEMENT OF YOUR PROJECT
We will make regular site visits to check-in on the progress and ensure the right materials are being installed.
We take care of all procurement for the design finishings in your home; we place all orders, arrange deliveries and inspect the products as they arrive. All the deliveries are put in their place and we will bring your beautiful home to life!
The furniture plan is designed for clients who are looking for a detailed plan to furnish & decorate a residential space.
We meet with our clients to learn about their design style, wish-list and budget. We take measurements and pictures of the space.
CREAT A PLAN + STYLE DIRECTION + BUDGET
Once the budget and scope of work has been determined; we start our research to create a plan for your space. We will send you a mood board, room layout and links (where applicable) to all sourced items including dimensions and prices. We will incorporate custom order pieces only available to the trade, to create a truly unique and personal space. All of these details are emailed to you in a PDF document two weeks following our initial meeting.
After the plans have been reviewed; we will schedule a meeting to answer questions and explain how to best execute the plan.
Please note: Revisions to the original plan are billed at $100/hour
If you need help pulling the decorating plan together, we offer interior styling services billed at $100 per hour to ensure your space is styled to perfection!
During the initial meeting, we will take pictures and measurements to build an inventory of required staging items.
Following the consultation meeting, we will provide you with an estimate that outlines the recommended items by room, the cost per item and our billable project hours.
Upon acceptance of the client agreement, we will supply and style all of the items to stage the home including; artwork, furniture, textiles & accessories. Staging items are rented on a monthly basis, a low-cost alternative to purchasing outright.
REMOVE ALL ITEMS
Once the home sells, we will remove all of the staging items.
LET'S GET STARTED
To get started on your virtual design project, we will begin by sending you a new client information form to complete. You'll send us the description of design needs with supporting pictures, space measurements, budget and personal style preferences.
DESIGN TIME & REVISIONS
Our team will take your information and begin creating something beautiful. We will create (1) design mood board per space with embedded links for each item. The turn-around time for the initial plan is typically 2 weeks, and 1 week for a single round of edits.
E-DESIGN PLAN HAND-OFF
When the final design is complete we will hand-off your mood board + shopping list in the form of a spreadsheet. Additionally, we will provide styling tips and "how-to's" for all our virtual design clients.
